Sleeps 1-6Built in 1901, this updated and cozy 2-bedroom cabin overlooks the Mosquito Mountain Range and the South Platte River. It is located walking distance to the Fairplay beach, trails, shops, restaurants and bars! Our cabin is about 23 miles to Breckenridge Ski Resort, 36 miles to Keystone Ski Resort, 38 miles to Copper Mountain Ski Resort and about 57 miles to Vail Ski resort.
The cabin has been updated and both bedrooms have been updated with new paint, brand new carpeting and brand-new comfy beds.
Walking distance to most anything. Parking in driveway.
Due to severe allergies animals are not allowed.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
